  4. Fill a very simple online registration form.
  5. To validate the email-ID an authentication message will be sent to the email address filled by you. Open your email where you will find mail in your inbox from welcometeam.jaipurjda.org@gmail.com. In case email is not found in inbox then please check in Junk/Spam folder. Once the email is opened, click on the URL embedded in the message . The control will be redirected to authentication page.
  6. To authenticate the mobile number click on . An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent on your mobile number.Enter the OTP received and click . In case mobile number is not received within 5-10 minutes click .
  7. After Authentication of email-ID and Mobile Number you will be able to Sign-In and avail the facility of online citizen services of Jaipur Development Authority.

Yes you can change your mobile number at any time.
The option to change the mobile number is available at <My Profile> link. An OTP will be sent to your new mobile number and your registered eMail. On confirmation of both the OTPs the mobile number will be changed.

Yes you can change your eMail address at any time which is also your Login Id.
The option to change the eMail address is available at <My Profile> link. An OTP will be sent to your new eMail address and registered mobile number. On confirmation of both the OTPs your eMail (Login Id) will be changed.

JDA will never provide applicant User-Id and password. The user during registration has to submit a form online, the form has a field named ‘User Name (as Email)’ and ‘Desired Password’, which are to be provided by bidder. In short, It is clarified that whosoever fills the form online provides the user Id and password and knows the same.

Yes, the amount is to be deposited by bidder online through net banking only, not by other means.

In case the validity period of registration is expired then the validity will be renewed from the date of receipt of registration fee, if the validity period of registration is not expired then number of days as per the plan opted will be added to his prevailing plan.

Choose option <Change password> of the <Profile Management> on JDA Online Service page and then you will be able to change the password.

Choose the link “Forgot password?” after clicking on the login link. Enter your email ID and Click on <Check Email ID>. Answer the Hint Question, Enter New Password, Confirm Password and Submit.

To change your refund Bank Account details, go to <My Profile> link, select <Edit> under ‘Refund Account Detail’. Provide following information:
•    Account Number
•    IFSC Code
•    Account Holder Name
•    Upload Copy of Cheque
On Submission the online verification will be done by the Nodal Officer of JDA. Thereafter Refund Account details will be updated.
